Exterior light cut sheets and photometric chart H:WanetAGershmanAI31" & Hazel DellA9'OGSSC 070103.doc _1~~.~/ / Explanation ' By way of general background, Gershman Brown is the owner of approximately 1.67 acres, commonly known as Lot I in Hazel Dell Commercial Park, located on the northwest corner of Hazel Dell Parkway and 13151 Street. It is outlined on the enclosed aerial photograph. ' The real estate is zoned B3 and, consequently, ADLS/DP approval is required. To this end, Gershman Brown appeared before the Plan Commission and the Special Studies Committee and, on March 18, 2003, the Plan Commission, upon the favorable recommendation of the Special Studies Committee, unanimously granted ADLS/DP approval. Since receiving ADLS/DP approval, Key Bank has expressed interest in establishing a small branch and drive-thru in the northern portion of the building. In response, Gershman Brown is requesting an amendment to the previous ADLS approval to accommodate drive-thru services. In this regard, the following are enclosed: 1. Exhibit 3 -Site/Landscape Plan. This exhibit illustrates the drive-thrn service area and ' the con-esponding relocation, slightly to the south, of the landscape median that was previously located on the northeast corner of the building; 2. Exhibit 4 - Key to Exterior Finishes. This is the key to the finishes identified on the drawings of the building included as Exhibit 5. Please note that the finishes are the same ' as those on the building previously approved; 3. Exhibit 5 -Elevations. These are the elevations of the building which have been revised ' to provide the drive-thrn services. Please note that the south elevation remains the same; 4. Exhibit 6 -Drive-thrn Accessories. This exhibit illustrates the accessories to be Located ' in the drive-thru; and 5. Exhibit 7 - Lightin¢. This exhibit shows the revised lighting plan. With the exception of lights recessed in the canopy of the drive-thru, the goose-neck lighting fixtures are the same as those previously approved. ' The revised site remains heavily landscape and relocates, slightly south, only the landscape median previously located on the northeast corner of the building. The proposed building remains of unique quality and appearance. It continues with the same limestone base, brick veneer, brick soldier course accents, and brick lintel and keystone accents.
