The applicant should bring a copy of the revised sign design for each committee member to the
meeting. The revised design meets the ordinance size requirements and will not require variance
approval.
The Department recommends that the Special Studies Committee approve the request after
all comments and concerns have been addressed.
Note: The item only requires approval by the Special Studies Committee.

Please find attached the Department Reports for the items contained on both the Special Studies
Committee and Subdivision Committee Agendas for August 5`h. A copy of the agenda for each
has also been enclosed.
Additional information has been provided regazding one building within the Clay Terrace
development. I would like to discuss this with you at the end of the meeting.
