RE: Foster Ridge Subdivision Sign
Attached please find two drawings for the proposal of a sign to be put into the center
island off of Carey Road and Hawthorne. I have marked them as choice #1 (8'x3') & #2
(6'x3'). I have also included a picture of Brooks Bend Subdivisions sign to be used as
example of a sign in the center island. It is located off of 99~~' Street & MiIlbrook
Parkway.
The sign for Foster Ridge will be placed 54'9" from the center of Carey Road, from the
inside curb of the front of the center island to the front post is approx. 14' - 15'. From
the back of the line on the street for the stop sign the front post will be 9'.
Brooks Bend sign is placed from the inside curb of the front of the center island to the
front post is 5"4", from the stop sign to the first post is almost even. Brooks Bend sign.
measurements are inside post to inside post 8'S", top to bottom 3'S", and 1' off the
ground.
I have also included copies of Foster Ridges center island landscape and have indicated
the position of the sign. And a copy of a more detailed entrance also having the sign
marked.
