Woodfield Subdivision - 2 Subdivision Sign Renovations
The petitioner seeks Amended Architectural Design, Exterior Lighting, Landscaping &
Signage approval for two subdivision signs. The sites are located at the corner of Gray
Rd./Woodfield Dr. and Gray Rd./146th St. The site is zoned S-1/Residence.
Filed by Cesare Turrin for the Woodfield HOA.
The applicant is requesting approval to amend the subdivision signs for the Woodfield
Subdivision.
The applicant may want to provide the Committee with photos of the existing signage as a
comparison to the proposed sign design. In addition the sign will need to be located 5' outside
the right-of--way.
The Department recommends that the Special Studies Committee approve the ADLS
application after all comments and concerns have been addressed.
Note: The item only requires approval by the Special Studies Committee.

The site is zoned B-3/Business.
