Also, feel free to bring samples to the meeting. 4) Make sure all mechanical equipment is screened from view, with a wooden fence and/or landscaping. 5) Can you paint the mechanical equipment (wall mount HVACs) to match the building color? 6) Please provide more detail on the retaining wall (color, material, etc). 7) Note: Bike parking might be required.
