5. This Item will appear on the March 3 agenda of the Plan Commission Special Studies Committee at 6:00 pm in
the Caucus Room, Second Floor, City Hall. Please have a representative attend.

Planning/Zoning Department review comments:
1) Since there are residential land uses to the north of this site, please address the concern about possible
noise/humming from the equipment on/in the equipment building.
2) Please change the wall lights on the building to 90-degree cut offs with a flat lenses, so that it does not shine on
the residential uses to the north.
3) Please provide the building materials and colors. Or, provide a color photo example. Also, feel free to bring
samples to the meeting.
4) Make sure all mechanical equipment is screened from view, with a wooden fence and/or landscaping.
5) Can you paint the mechanical equipment (wall mount HVACs) to match the building color?
6) Please provide more detail on the retaining wall (color, material, etc).
7) Note: Bike parking might be required. Please verify with David Littlejohn, Alternative Transportation Coordinator.
