Dear Mike:
The Carmel Plan Commission took the following action at its meeting March 17, 2009 regarding the Primary Plat
(PP) and Subdivision Waiver for a lot with no road frontage (SCO 6.05.01 for Lakeland Subdivision, atwo-lot
subdivision on 10 acres located a[ 12650 Clay Center Road, Carmel. '
APPROVED: Docket No. 08100012 PP, Lakeland Subdivision Primary Plat, and Docket No. 08100013
SW, SCO 6.05.01 for a lot with no road frontage located at 12650 Clay Center Road,
Carmel, was approved with 4 commitments:
1) Receipt of Final Construction Documents by Carmel Engineering
2) Path is to be constructed outside the floodway
3) Ownerwill pay for a portion of the path to be constructed
4) Future house on lot 2 must follow draft architectural guideline standards
In order to assist the Department's review, please attach a copy of this letter when making application for permits
regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
