Legal Description: The Woodfield sub-division is cuerenUy identified by four monument type signs located at two
en[mnces, as follows:
Gmy Rd. Entrance -This entrance is marked by two monument-type signs located on either side of the entrance to
Woodfield sub-division located at Gmy Road and Woodfield Drive, Carmel, IN. The current signs, built of brick,
mortar and stone, were constructed on two 20' x 20' entry post easements that are cleazly marked and identified on
the plat for Woodfield Section 1 recorded at the Hamilton County, IN Recorder's Office. The easements appeaz on
Lots 1 and 41 of the Woodfield Section 1 plat.
146' Street Entrance -This entrance is marked by two monument-type signs located on either side of the entrance
to Woodfield sub-division located at 146's Street and Woodfield Way, Carmel, IN. The current signs, built of brick,
mortar and stone, were constructed on two 50' triangulaz sign easements that are clearly marked and identified on
the plat for Woodfield Section 7B recorded at the Hamilton County, IN Recorder's Office. The easements appeaz
on Lots 165 and 186 of the Woodfield Section 7B plat.
