Wilson Office Complex, Bldg B -Remodel
The petitioner seeks Amended Architectural Design, Exterior Lighting, Landscaping & Signage
approval for a building remodel. The site is located at 969 Keystone Way. The site is zoned
B8/431 Overlay.
Filed by Steve Wilson for W & W Properties, LLC.
The applicant is proposing to make significant modifications to the existing building fagade of
the building at 969 Keystone Way. The site is zoned B-8/(Business) and is within the SR 431
(Keystone Avenue) Overlay where such modifications require ADLS approval by the Plan
Commission.
The only question the Department has is with regard to signage. The applicant has provided
information with regard to a past variance. However, the Department can't verify that all the
signs within that area conform to these requirements. More information will be provided at the
meeting.
The Department recommends that the Special Studies Committee approve the ADLS
application only after all comments and concerns have been addressed.

Please find attached the Department Reports for the items contained on both the Special Studies
Committee and Subdivision Committee Agendas for August 5th. A copy of the agenda for each
has also been enclosed.
Additional information has been provided regazding one building within the Clay Terrace
development. I would like to discuss this with you at the end of the meeting.
