The site is located at 969 Keystone Way. The site is zoned B8/431 Overlay. Filed by Steve Wilson for W & W Properties, LLC. The applicant is proposing to make significant modifications to the existing building fagade of the building at 969 Keystone Way. The site is zoned B-8/(Business) and is within the SR 431 (Keystone Avenue) Overlay where such modifications require ADLS approval by the Plan Commission. The only question the Department has is with regard to signage. The applicant has provided information with regard to a past variance. However, the Department can't verify that all the signs within that area conform to these requirements. More information will be provided at the meeting. The Department recommends that the Special Studies Committee approve the ADLS application only after all comments and concerns have been addressed.
