Box 649 Cannel, Indiana 46082 RE: 969 Keystone Way-Cluster `B' Remodel, ADLS amendment Deaz Mr. Wilson: This letter is in response to your ADLS amendment application for Cluster `B'-969 Keystone Way. The following comments need to be addressed and/or plans/applications updated accordingly. 1. Please state what the `remodel' entails. 2. Please provide another copy of the application. 3. Please provide 2 copies of the location map. 4. Please provide building elevations with dimensions, colors, materials, and signage. 5. Please provide color samples and/or renderings. 6. Provide lighting specs (use flat lenses). 7. If there aze any additional signs proposed, provide signage plan with elevations and locations, materials, and colors. 8. Provide a site plan with existing and proposed changes. Further comments will be given once plans aze updated according to the above comments.
