We would like to make a request that our building permit be released, due to the actions
of the boazd on Tuesday, August 5, 2003 concerning this work. The signage issues will
be resolved. Jim Blanchard is currently holding the permit awaiting the ADLS number
and notification from your office that the permit may be released.

RE: 969 Keystone Way-Cluster `B' Remodel, ADLS amendment
Deaz Mr. Wilson:
This letter is in response to your ADLS amendment application for Cluster `B'-969 Keystone
Way. The following comments need to be addressed and/or plans/applications updated
accordingly.
1. Please state what the `remodel' entails.
2. Please provide another copy of the application.
3. Please provide 2 copies of the location map.
4. Please provide building elevations with dimensions, colors, materials, and
signage.
5. Please provide color samples and/or renderings.
6. Provide lighting specs (use flat lenses).
7. If there aze any additional signs proposed, provide signage plan with elevations
and locations, materials, and colors.
8. Provide a site plan with existing and proposed changes.
Further comments will be given once plans aze updated according to the above comments.
