At the meeting held Friday, April 3, 2009, the Carmel Advisory Boazd of Zoning Appeals Heazing Officer took the
following action regazding the Developmental Standazds Variance (V) filed by you for the property located at 12863 Old
Meridian Street.
APPROVED: Docket No. 09030011 V Development Standazds Variance for building height/one occupiable floor
Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Trme Lrmit of the Zoning Ordinance, We aforementioned Development
Standards Variance approval is valid for one (1) yeaz. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements
must be underway, or a written request for cone-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and
approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is Apri13, 2010.
When applying for applications for any permit regarding the decision contained within this approval, please
include a copy of this letter with your application materials in order to assist the Department's review.
