The sign advertises for Dove Spa at 715 South Rangeline Road in the City of Carmel, a business listed under your ownership. BUSINESS SIGNS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO MOVE OR FLASH IN ANY MANNER. According to Section 25.07.01-4 Prohibited Signs, of the Carmel/Clay Zoning Ordinance the following sign(s) are prohibited: e) Signs which move by design or have a major moving part. This letter shall serve as the first and final warning for this type of violation. Please ensure that the flashing of the sign ceases by February 24, 2009.
