Mink ~"~ 9UGoF~ ~~Fp Mink Investments, LLC Q , ~i p ~a3 ~.. 503 West Carmel Drive V,~~, ~C~, ~ ~ Carmel, IN 46032 ~~.~~~ ;,~,r Re: Simeon Hawkins Addifion, Lot 1(part) & 2(part) -Carmel Docket No. 121-03 SDR Via fax (317/818-4477) & US Mail Dear Mr. Mink, On Thursday, August 7, 2003, the Department of Community Services, Division of Plarming & Zoning, took the following action regazding the Site Plan & Design Review application fled for architectural design and sign plan review on property located at 38 West Main Street: ADMINISTRATIVELY APPROVED: Docket No. 121-03 SDR (0308000'1), a petition to renovate the storefront and establish signage at 38 West Main Street. The Division of Planning & Zoning granted Administrative Approval to the azchitectural design and the new sign. Please be awaze that the Site Plan & Design Review approval is limited in scope to the aesthetics of the azchitectural design of the building and of the sign, and neither constitutes a Variance of Development Standards nor substitutes for the issuance of a Sign Permit. The sign must comply with all applicable standards of the CarmeUClay Sign Ordinance. Per Section 23D.04(C)(I) of the Zoning Ordinance, this Site Plan & Design Review approval is valid for two (2) years. Should constmction of the improvements have not commenced within that period, the approval becomes void, and a new application must be submitted. The expiration of this approval is Sunday, August 7, 2005. When making application for a Sign Permit, please include a copy of this letter in order to assist the Department's review.
