Final site inspection indicates the trees on the site were planted with 87% accuracy, in
terms of tree genus and location.

Final site inspection indicates the trees on the site have been under planted by 5%, in
terms correct or incorrect genus and location.
Final site inspection indicates an additional 77 shrubs, not shown on the plan have been
planted.
Final site inspection indicates that 70 Boulevard Street trees are lacking in addition to the
figures and calculations above. The boulevard trees were listed as part of the "Home
Landscaping" as a commitment during negotiations, received in letter by Scott Brewer
January 28, 2002 from Centex Homes Rodney A Muller, Land Development Project
Manger.

Final Landscape Punch List
Final Inspection completed March 7, 2007 by Nichole M. Passineau
Punch list created starting at the northwest corner near the 13l Street entrance and
proceeding across west to east, around pond #l, south past pond #2 and #3, to the
southeast corner, proceeding northwest up the middle of the development.
Trees need maintaining-Guy wires and stakes still are around the trees and are causing
extreme damage to the trees as they are growing into the hoses and wires.

Missin brick and iron fence along 13 L~` Street east side of the entry.
Missin Pedestrian Trail from 131 s` Street to Tuscany Blvd east of the entry.
