The technical review and comments are intended to evaluate the completeness of the erosion and sediment control plan for the
project. The erosion and sediment control plan submitted was not reviewed for the adequacy of the engineering design. All
practices included in the plan, as well as those recommended in the comments should be evaluated as to their feasibility by a
qualified individual with structural practices designed by a qualified engineer. The plan has not been reviewed far local, state,
or federal permits that maybe required to proceed with this project. Additional information, Including design calculations may
be requested to further evaluate the erosion and sediment control plan.
The erosion and sediment control plan has been reviewed and it has been determined that the plan:
X Satisfies the minimum requirements and intent of 327IAC 15-5 (Rule 5). Notification will be forwarded to the
Indiana Department of Environmental Management.
Proper implementation of the erosion and sediment control plan and inspections of the construction site by the developer or a
representative are necessary to minimize off-site sedimentation. The developer should be aware that unforeseen construction
activities and weather conditions may effect the performance of a practice or the erosion and sediment control plan. The plan
must be a flexible document, with provisions to modem or substitute practices as necessary.

I have reviewed the revised construction plans and secondary plat for Hayden Run
Section 3 and have the following additional comments:
1. Please correct the spelling of the 7.W. Brendle (Long Branch) Drain on sheets
C 100 and C200.
2. The swalc from structure 150 to the HP in the rear on lot 55 is only 0.75% and is
further restricted by the pipe under the trail. Please sec what adjustments can be
made to increase the slope to 1 % or greater.
3. Do you feel the look out elevations on lots 54 thru 61 are 2 foot about the 100
year flood level of the J.W. Brendle (Long Branch) Drain? if so, please submit in
writing.
4. The landscape plan, sheet C603, show trees planted within the Regulated
Drainage Easements, which in not acceptable to the Hamilton County Surveyor's
Office. Please either revise the landscape plan or submit a letter from the
developer, agreeing to work with this office regarding tree placement.

Departmen4 has the following comments;

1. Please label and dimension the right of way.
2. Before any approvals are granted for the secondary plat, perfomtance bonds must
be submitted for 100% of the construction cost of the following Items: Stone Base,
HAC Binder, HAC surtace, Concrete Curbs end Street Name and Regulatory Signs.

3. Dimension the street width and right of way.
4: If a crosswalk Is to be installed east of l.ot 65, Crosswalk blaming signs must be

5. Directional ADA ramps will be required at each Intereection. A single curb depression
will not be permitted. All ramps must be constructed of concrete, Including those In
the asphalt paths that cross the Interior streets.
6. Please note on the site plans that the existing asphalt end curb must be saw cut to
provitle a smooth transition.
7. Include slow arrows in the streets.
8. Please dimension the curb radii on.the intersection detail sheet. The asphalt path
covers the dimension.
9. Provide more detail of the center medians, lane widths, curb radii, etc.,
10. Verify that the elevations of Tuscany 9oulevard the elevations shown in the
approved Wexley Chase construction plans.
11. Note that all granular backfill used must be mechanically wmpacted.
12. The curb stamp detail and chairback curb detail are needed in the plans.
13. Note on the written specification under Curb, Gutter and Sidewalk Construction that
all sidewalks and ramps must be ADA compliant. I have included a copy of the
INDOT standard showing the markings to be used on the ramps. Please Incorporate
the details Into the plans.
14. Please be aware that further comments may be necessary at a later time.

practices included in the plan, as well as those recommended to the comments should be evaluated as to their feasibility by a
qual~ed individual with structural practices designed by a qualifred engineer. The plan has not been reviewed for total, state,
or federal permits that may be required to proceed with this project. Additional information, including design calculations may
be reguested to further evaluate the erosion and sediment control
The erosion and sediment control plan has been reviewed and it has been determined that the plan:
Satisfies the minimum requirements and intent of 3271AC IS-5 (Rule 5). Notification will be forwarded to the
Indiana Department of Environmental Management.

The developer's contractor, Site and Sewer, never hit or found said tile. I believe the
file is ftuther south in Section 3 and outlets in to the J.W. Brendel drains
approximately 50 to 60' north of where the sanitary sower crosses the J.W. Brendel
Drain. If this is in fact the Drain, the Drain will need to be followed and crushed
across the site. 'I'Ite Drain file will need to be picked up on the west side of the
Property.
