Snyder, Ronald E. Carter, Kevin, Rider, Clerk-"Treasurer Diana L Cordray and Deputy Clerk-Treasurer
Lois Fine.
Mayor Brainard and Councilor Griffiths were not in attendance:
Council President Seidensticker called the meeting-to order at 6:00 p.m.
Councilor Accetturo pronounced the Invocation.
Council President Seidemticker led- the:Pledge of Allegiance,

There, were none.
CLAIMS:
Councilor Snyder made a motion to approve claims in.the amount of'S? 944,771.37. Councilor Sharp
seconded. There was no Council discussion. Council President Seidensticker called for the question.
Claims were approved 6-0.
NEW BUSINESS
Council President Seidensticker announced tlie.First Reatling of Ordinance D=1934-09; An Ordinance
of the Common Council of the City of Cai-niel, Lidiana, Appropriating proceeds of an hlterim Loan to
Finance Portions of the Keystone Avenue Project (116'x' Street, and- Keystone. Avenue). Councilor Snyder
made a motion to move this item into business. Councilor. Sharp seconded. Councilor' Snyder presented
this item to Council. There was, no Council discussion, Council President Seidensticker referred
Ordinance D-1934-09 to the Finance, Administration and Rules Committee`for further review and
consideration.
