Plan for the above referenced project. We will be presenting this project at the August 20, 2003 meeting of
the Carmel Technical Advisory Committee. Would you please review the enclosed material and forward to
me, any comments or concerns that you may have.
The site is located at the Southwest corner of Rangeline Road and 4'" Avenue NW in the City of Carmel. The
proposed scope of the project will include the renovation and conversion of the existing home located on the
East end of the site to an office use. The Western portion of the site will include the construction of 4 new
townhomes and garages. In addition a new parking area will lie between the converted office and proposed
townhomes.
