Townhomes of Range Line - 340 Building
The applicant seeks Development Plan and Architectural Design, Lighting, Landscaping & Signage approval for
an office building and Primary Plat approval for a two lot subdivision. The site is located at 340 North Range
Line Road.
Filed by James J. Nelson of Nelson and Frankenberger for L.E. Investments, LLC.
Petitioner, please note the following:
1. These Items have been placed on the August 20 agenda of the Technical Advisory Committee.
2. Mailed and Published Public Notice (for the DP/ADCs and PP Items only) needs to occur no later than
Friday, August 22. Published notice is required within the Indianapolis Star.
3. Proof of Notice will need to be received by this Department no later than noon, Monday, September
15. Failure to submit Proof of Notice by this time will result in the tabling of the petition.
4. The Filing Fee and Twenty (20) Informational Packets must be delivered to Plan Commission
Secretary Ramona Hancock no later than noon, Friday, September 5. Failure to submit Informational Packets
by this time will result in the tabling of the petition to the Tuesday, October 21, agenda of the Plan Commission.
5. The DP/ADCs and PP Items will appear on the September 16, 2003 agenda of the Plan Commission
under (Public Hearings).
6. The DP/ADCs and PP Items may also appeaz on the October 7, 2003 agenda of the Plan Commission
Special Studies Committee.
7. The SDR Item will be reviewed administratively bythe Department.
7. Please refer to your instruction sheet for more detail.
