Penn Mark II- Ryland Homes Wall Sign (ADLS Amendment)
The applicant seeks to place a wall sign on the south elevation of the Penn Mark II
building. The site is located at 11555 N Meridian Street. The site is zoned B-6/Business
and is within the US 31 Overlay Zone.
Filed by Lawrence Kemper of Nelson & Frankenberger for Penn Mazk, LLC.
The applicant is requesting ADLS Amendment approval of a wall sign. Please see informational
packet distributed with rhP $ge„da last WPPk
The proposed sign is consistent in design with other wall signs on this building.
The Department recommends that the Special Studies Committee approve the request after
all comments and concerns have been addressed.
Note: In addition to approval by the Special Studies Committee the proposed sign will also
require variance approval by the Boazd of Zoning Appeals.
