Docket No. 136-03 ADLS Amend (#03090004). Proposed Architectural & Lighting Revisions ' The specific changes to the facade are illustrated on the attached Elevations. The proposed changes are as follows: • Change the color of the exposed steel beams from gray to "Dick's Green" (Slightly darker than "hunter's green") • Substitute fiberglas sports icons for the stone spheres. ' Add decorative light fixtures at each sports icon. • Reduce the height of the Clerestory by five (5) feet, from 55'-0" to 50'-0". ' • Change the color of the aluminum glass framing system from gray to green. • Add green spandrel glass above each Entry Vestibule. ' Narrow the glass storefronts on each side of the Entry Vestibules. • Relocate outermost piers on three sides to the corners of the building. Signage ' The Signage design will be submitted as a separate Packet and is therefore excluded from these documents. It is fully understood that the Tenant will be required to submit to the Committee a complete Signage proposal.
