The applicant seeks to plat a 130-unit subdivision. The site is located northeast 106th
Street & Michigan Road. The site is zoned part R-4/Residence and B-2/Business, and is
within the US 421 Overlay Zone.
Filed by Dennis Olmstead of Stoeppelwerth & Associates for Pittman Partners.
The Subdivision Committee forwards a 4-0 favorable recommendation to the full Plan
Commission on this Primary Plat.
The Department recommends that the Plan Commission approve the Primary Plat request
as presented and forwarded by the Committee.
Note: Written findings are required for action on the Primary Plat. The applicant should
provide aIIE copy for signature by the Plan Commission President at the meeting.
Background:
This petition represents the continuation of a process started earlier this year with the rezone of this
parcel to R-4 Residential. The applicant is proposing a 130-unit multi-family (for sale)
development under the ROSO III platting requirements. The information packet provided by the
applicant provides an overview of the project along with a layout of the site and elevations of the
proposed homes.
