As a resident of the Spring Mill Place subdivision, I am opposed to the creation of a special study area to study the area on the east side of Spring Mill Road north of 111th Street to the southern border of Spring Lakes Estates. The correct process is to leave the area designated as residential, as agreed to at the September 23rd meeting! Creating a special study area merely prolongs the process and needlessly involves the residents in our subdivision in yet more meetings. This is clearly a strategy merely designed to wear down the residents of our neighborhood. The Carmel Plan Commission should do the right thing for the members of this residential community!
