Docket No. 08070020 CP: Carmel Consolidated Comprehensive Plan 2008
The applicant seeks to adopt the Carmel Consolidated Comprehensive Plan, in order to update and reformat the Carmel/Clay Comprehensive Plan (as previously amended). Filed by the Carmel
Department of Community Services.
Please see attached NOVEMBER 13 DRAFT which includes all edits through the November 12 meeting of the Comprehensive Plan Review Committee. Please consider forwarding this Draft to the
Carmel City Council with a favorable recommendation.
SUMMARY OF CHANGES included in November 13 Draft
· Page 45: Land Classification Map
o 96th & Westfield Special Study designation now includes everything between the Monon Trail and Keystone.
· Page 22: Bicycle & Pedestrian Plan Map
o Coxhall Park trail connections added
· Page 86: US 31 Corridor
o Added language and illustration to limit building heights to 7 stories (formerly 10 stories) along the west side of US 31 between 106th and 111th Streets.
