The purpose of this exhibit is to show the current topographic conditions of the Remco
Corporation Building at 4735 West 106
th
Street on October 28, 2008. A retracement survey of
the subject property executed in accordance with the requirements of the Indiana Survey
Standards as defined in Title 865, Article 1, Rule 12 of the Indiana Administrative Code was not
performed as a part of this topographic investigation.
GENERAL NOTES
Any underground utilities depicted on the attached plat of survey have been located per field
observations only and markings by Blood Hound, Inc on October 27, 2008. No warranty, either
expressed or implied, is made to the accuracy and/or completeness of information presented on
underground utilities, or as to its fitness for any particular purpose or use. In no event will Roger
Ward Engineering, Inc., its employees, agents, and/or assigns be liable for any damages arising
out of the furnishing and/or use of such information. The path of the utility lines on said plat of
survey should be considered approximate until they are either relocated, by calling the Indiana
Underground Plant Protection Agency at 1-800-382-5544 or until they are excavated to verify the
location and path of the utility lines.

EQUIPMENT
Trimble 5600 DR 300+ Total Station, Trimble R8 GPS receiver and a TSCE2 data collector with
Trimble v11.22 and Trimble Geomatics Software was used for the data collection of this job.

ON-SITE BENCHMARK: Sanitary manhole E-10 as shown on utility plan by Mid-States
Engineering along the East line of the subject parcel. ELEV. = 894.80
TEMPORARY BENCHMARK: Northeast bonnet bolt on fire hydrant East side of entrance drive,
TBM #50. ELEV. = 894.72
