APPROVED: Docket Nos. 09040001 V & 09040002 V Development Standazd Variances for fence height over six feet and fence within landscaping easement. Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Ltmit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standazd Variance approvals are valid for one (1) yeaz. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for aone-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department.
