At the meeting held Monday, May 18, 2009, the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the following action
regazding the Development Standard Variance (V) filed by you for We property located at the 1207 Orchard Park North
Drive.
APPROVED: Docket No. 09040004 V Development Standazd Variance for home occupation square footage over
15 percent.
Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development
Standard Variance approval is valid for one (1) year. By that time, either continuous construction ofthe improvements
must be underway, or a written request for cone-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and
approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approvals is May 18, 2010.
