APPROVED: Docket No. 09040004 V Development Standazd Variance for home occupation square footage over 15 percent. Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standard Variance approval is valid for one (1) year. By that time, either continuous construction ofthe improvements must be underway, or a written request for cone-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department.
