We have reviewed the submittal to the Hamilton County Surveyor's Office on April 10, 2009,
for this project and have the following comments:
1. The proposed project falls in the incorporated area and MS4 jurisdiction of the City of
Carmel.
2. The proposed project DOES NOT fall in a Carmel Wellhead Protection Zone.
3. The proposed project does not fall in a Hamilton County Regulated Drain Watershed.
4. Hamilton County Surveyor's Office has no objections to the special exception use of
the cell site.

Collocation
This request is being submitted on behalf of our client, TowerCo II, LLC, who plans to collocate an
antenna array on an existing 95-foot monopole tower that has been licensed by the Federal
Communications Commission (FCC). A 45' x 32' area will be added to the south of the existing
compound in order to accommodate additional equipment associated with the collocation. The height
of the existing 95-monopole will not be mod~ed.
The tower is located near the intersection of East 116w Street and South Range Line Road at the
latitude and longitude 39° 57' 28.2" and 86° 07' 32.8°, respectively.
In accordance with the FCC's regulation 47 CFR 1.137(A)(4), we are providing notice to you and
seeking your comments regarding the effect of this project on any historic properties in your community.
Based on your level of interest in this project, you may wish to become a consulting party.
This notice is not intended to supplant local zoning or permitting requirements, but is
necessary before we can request review of the proposed action by the State Historic
Preservation Office.
