DISCREPANCIES SHALL BE BROUGHT TO THE OWNER OR OWNER’S

GOVERNING AUTHORITIES’ AND/OR AGENCIES’ REQUIREMENTS AND
SPECIFICATIONS.
6. CONTRACTOR TO PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN ALL EROSION AND SILT CONTROL
DEVICES, AS NECESSARY PER THE LOCAL GOVERNING AUTHORITIES’ AND OR
AGENCIES’ REQUIREMENTS AND SPECIFICATIONS.

8. ALL TRENCHING, PIPE LAYING, AND BACKFILLING SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE
WITH FEDERAL OSHA REGULATIONS.
9. THE CONTRACTOR IS CAUTIONED THAT LIGHTING CONDUIT AND/OR WIRING MAY
EXIST WITHIN THE WORK AREA. CONTRACTOR TO LOCATE AND PROTECT ALL
EXISTING LIGHTING.
10.THE LIMIT OF DISTURBANCE WILL BE LESS THAN –1.0 ACRES FOR THIS PROJECT.
THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR WORKING AND STAGING WITHIN
