At the meeting held Monday, May 18, 2009, the Carmel Advisory Boazd of Zoning Appeals Heazing Officer took the
following action regazding the Developmental Standazds Variance (V) Fled by you for the property located at 13751 Deer
Ridge Place.
APPROVED: Docket No. 09050004 V Development Standards Variance for encroachment into eastment.
Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development
Standazd Vaziance approval is valid for one (1) year. By that time, either continuous construction ofthe improvements
must be underway, or a written request far none-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and
approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is May 18, 2010.
When applying for applications for any permit regarding the decision contained within this approval, please
include a copy of this letter with your application materials in order to assist the Department's review.
