Dear Mr. Fleming:
We have reviewed the proposed amenity area construction plans submitted to the 1-Tamilton
County Surveyor's Office on September 15, 2003 for this project and have the following
comments:
1. An outlet permit and non-enforcement of drainage easements on individual tracts petition
will be required. The non-enforcement will need to cover the pazking lot, sidewalk, and
pool fence. The applications are available on our website at
www.co.harnilton.in.us/eoy/survey/survevor.asg.
2. No landscape planting will be permitted or allowed within the existing regulated drainage
easements per Indiana Code 36-9-27-33(d).
3. Please include the developer's fax number on the cover sheet.
4, When submitting revised plans, please show location ofexisting storm sewer and
easements on the landscape plan, sheet 5.
5. Please provide more details on the proposed playground (playground equipment layout)
or look at fuming the playground so it does not cross the regulated drain and
corresponding easement.
