Notice is hereby given that the Cannel/Clay Plan Commission on November 18, 2003
at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1 Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana 46032 will hold
a Public Hearing upon a Development Plan Application by Kite Development Company, Inc.
("Applicant') fora 5.7 acre parcel of real estate located at the southwest corner of 106` Street
and Michigan Road in Clay Township, Hamilton County, Indiana
The real estate affected by said application is described in the attached legal
description.
The Application is identified as Docket No. 149-03 DP.
All interested persons desiring to present their views on the above application, either in writing
or verbally, will be given an opportunity to be heard at the above mentioned time and place.
