I expect the building permits to come out of review at the beginning of next week. However, there may be some issues with Lots 25-30. Drees has had some personnel changes since the project began, so the person you spoke with may not have realized they needed to replat. I spoke with Josh Kilcoyne at Drees yesterday and he said they are aware of the replat requirement and as far as he knows the permit for their building in section 2 is being processed. I wanted to double check with you to make sure the permit is being processed, as I wasn't clear from your a-mail below if you were just making me aware that you informed them of the replat or if you were asking that the replat be done prior to obtaining the building permit. We have been preparing plot plans for each building to obtain a building permit and then, after the foundation is in place, locating the building and preparing the replat to make sure the lot lines conform with the actual location of the common wall lines in the buildings. We also have sent the replat for Block C of Section 1 to Drees for signature, so you should be seeing that plat updated per your revisions within the next week or two for your final signature.
