Hancock no later than NOON, Friday, April 4.
4. Proof of Notice will need to be received by this Department no later than Noon, Friday, April 11. Failure to submit
Proof of Notice by this time will result in the tabling of the petition.
5. This item will appear on the April 15 agenda of the Plan Commission (under "Public Hearings").
6. This item will also appear on the May 8 agenda of the Plan Commission Subdivision Committee.
