As we discussed I have copied the committee members just in case they might have any comments or questions prior to the meeting. Please let me know if I might have missed anyone. Here is a quick summary of the proposed project, which is similar to Verizon's recent request for the placement of a wireless communication. AT&T has been coordinating with the PGA and is proposing to place a temororary Wireless Communication Facility that is necessary to handle the anticipated large increase in wireless phone usage during the 2009 US Senior Open. The location next to the golf course as referenced in the attached drawings was dictated by available space the PGA was able to coordinate and work out with a property owner to allow the placement of this facility. The facility will consist of a 80' temporary pole along with AT&T's related communication equipment cabinets and is anticipated to placed on the property for approximately 30 days with the installation starting the week July.13 and will tie removed the week of August 3rd. Once the facility is removed, the property will be placed back in its original condition. AT&T will not be in need of utilizing a generator to power the facility and will actually be connecting temporary power and telephone service to nearby existing utilities as shown in the drawings. If you or any of the committee members have any questions, please feel free to email me. Thanks again for all your help! The proposed project falls in the unincorporated area and MS4 jurisdiction of Hamilton County. 2. The proposed project DOES NOT fall in a Carmel Wellhead Protection Zone. 3. The proposed project falls in the Thomas Hussey Regulated Drain Watershed. 4. Since this proposal is for a temporary cell tower site, the site will not require stomlwater calculation or detention volume, assuming the tower will be removed by 1-1-2010. 5. Since all site disturbance with this project will be limited to an area less then L0,000 square feet, no Phase II (stormwater quality) permits or standards per the Hamilton County Stormwater Technical Standards Manual will apply. The site must still utilize erosion control during earth moving procedures and reseed the site after all temporary activities have been removed. 6. Hamilton County Surveyor's Office has no objections to the temporary cell site. Should you have any questions, I can be reached at 317-776-8495.
