It was our assumption that the plat procedure had occurred but don't know that we would have known that. Also, given the history of this development, i.e. length of time that this development has been under review, change of engineers, change of developer, change from Hamilton County review authority to the City of Carmel and the various name changes over the years, I can understand confusion. (currently, they have apps bn fie for sections 4, 5, and 6) They wanted to get their plats on the next bpw agenda, but we will have them submit the 3 secondary plat applications and have them work with each TAC member individually to get the plat approved. That way they are not delayed by having to attend the next scheduled TAC meeting. Also, Alexia will review the plat for section 4, to make sure no additional changes are required for the plat.
