The Zoning Ordinance which regulates the site that your store lies on prohibits your store from displaying or storing any merchandise or materials outside of the store. This includes any merchandise or materials outside of the store or on sidewalks. This letter is being provided to inform you that it has recently been brought to the City's attention that a violation of this Zoning Ordinance is currently occurring at Whole Foods located at 14598 Clay Terrace Blvd., in the City of Carmel. Please relocate all of the flowers, plants, and carts related to the Seasonal Outdoor Sale by June 12, 2009. Failure to comply will result in further enforcement action.
