NWNL will absorb the City of Carmel sign permit fees of $760.00. The Tucker Company will absorb one -half of the $2,400 cost to make and install the signs, or $1,200. The remainder will be initially paid by NWNL and reimbursed by Tucker in accordance with the listing agreement. You will send me the sign specifications for our review and approval. The signs, or portions thereof, shall become the property of NWNL at its option. The Adams Street sign will not be permitted or installed if Carmel Kitchens indicates an interest in the northern portion of Block 14. I plan to visit Indianapolis the second week of January and will arrange a meeting with you and your associates.
