The following are the sections of code in violation: (2) §6-222 (b) 1 Sanitation. All exterior property and premises shall be maintained in a clean, safe and sanitary condition. The owner or occupant shall keep that part of the exterior property, which such occupant occupies or controls in a clean and sanitary condition. Please be informed that the City of Carmel will continue to monitor the condition of the bark park and other common areas, and will take appropriate steps in the future to ensure that feces does not become a public health matter on the property.
