NOTE: The land conveyed to the City if Carmel, Indiana in Instrument No. 2009 -7422 was
described as being 15 feet on each of the centerline. Note that this resulted in a 21
square foot area in the northeast corner of the parent tract which was not conveyed to the
City. This is also depicted in the Exhibit "B" of said Instrument; however, it is not apparent
without looking closely at said Exhibit. What follows is a description of this area.
