KVF2 400M ASYFL FIXTURES WITH A 20' MOUNTING HEIGHT.

LANDSCAPING NOTES:
1. ALL EXISTING LANDSCAPING, WHICH CAN BE REMOVED AND RELOCATED, SHALL BE RELOCATED. IF
LANDSCAPING BECOMES DAMAGED DURING REMOVAL REPLACED WITH THE SAME SPECIES PER THE
PLANT LIST.
2. CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE A ONE (1) YEAR GUARANTEE ON ALL MATERIALS FROM DATE OF FINAL
ACCEPTANCE, INCLUDING ALL NEW AND RELOCATED LANDSCAPING.
3. CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY THE LOCATION OF ALL EXISTING UTILITIES PRIOR TO THE COMMENCEMENT
OF WORK. ANY CONFLICTS SHALL BE BROUGHT TO THE OWNER OR OWNER'S REPRESENTATIVES
ATTENTION, AT THE TIME OF DISCOVERY, TO ALLOW SUFFICIENT TIME FOR ANY NECESSARY RE- DESIGN.
4. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL MAINTAIN ALL UTILITY SERVICES TO SURROUNDING AND UPSTREAM PROPERTIES
AT ALL TIMES. UTILTY SERVICES SHALL NOT BE INTERRUPTED WITHOUT APPROVAL FROM THE PROPERTY
OWNER, COUNTY AND UTILITY COMPANIES.
5. DAMAGE TO ANY EXISTING CONDITIONS TO REMAIN WILL BE REPLACED AT CONTRACTOR'S EXPENSE.
6. ALL PLANTS SHALL MEET OR EXCEED THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AS NOTED IN THE LATEST EDITION OF
THE AMERICAN STANDARDS FOR NURSERY STOCK BY THE AMERICAN ASSOCIATION OF NURSERYMEN, ANSI Z60.1.
ALL WORK SHALL BE DONE IN STRICT ACCORDANCE WITH DIVISION 2 OF LOWE'S STANDARD SITE SPECIFICATIONS.
7. ALL PLANTED AREAS SHALL RECEIVE A 3" LAYER OF SHREDDED PINE BARK MULCH OVER A 10 MIL WEED MAT
EQUAL TO "WEEDBLOCK" BY EASY GARDENER OR DEWITT WEED BARRIER.
