East of the Second Principal Meridian in Hamilton County, Indiana, being a
par of the REI REAL ESTATE SERVICES, LLC property as described in
Instrument No. 200200082652, in the Hamilton County recorders Office,
being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 1 MERIDIAN TECHNOLOGY
CENTER STRATEGIC MARKETING AND RESEARCH secondary plat as
recorded as Instrument No. 2007012842, in Plat cabinet 4,Slide 260 in said
Recorders Office, said point being marked by a Schneider capped rebar;
thence along the west line of said REI Real Estate Services LLC property,
North 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 517.60 feet to a
P.K. nail at the northwest corner thereof; thence South 62 degrees 10
minutes 57 seconds East a distance of 82.64 feet to a P.K. nail and a curve
having a radius of 500.00 feet, the radius point of which bears South 27
degrees 49 minutes 03 seconds West; thence Southerly along said curve an
arc distance of 577.88 feet to the northeast corner of said secondary plat;
thence along the north line thereof South 89 degrees 43 minutes 38 seconds
West 338.52 feet to the point of Beginning, containing 2.98 acres more or
less.
