Welch 41 Woodland Drive Carmel, Indiana 46032 Re: Waning Citation Dear Sit or Madam: Recent investigations in the area, in response to drainage complaints, have identified a private drainage outlet from the Property at 41 Woodland Drive, a property listed under your ownership, which represents violations of City Code. This letter serves as a Warning Citation pursuant to Cannel City Code Section 6-220(g)(1). A. Description of the Real Estate: The property located at 41 Woodland Drive, Carmel, Indiana 46032, B. Statement of Violations: Carmel City Code Section §6-222 (a)(10): Existing private drainage systems not meeting the requirements for a legal discharge or that are determined to cause, create or result in or represent the potential to cause, create or result in a detriment shall be discharged as a legal discharge by the owner or responsible party in accordance with §6.227 of this code. Carmel City Code Section §6-222 (a)(6), existing improvements determined to be in violation of this code or determined to be non -conforming to the current City standards shall be remedied under the provisions of this code by the owner or responsible parry. A. recent inspection of the property revealed stagnant water along the side property line and in the driveway of the structure. Please be advised that Section 6-77(d) of the Carmel City Code construes the following' conditions to be public health nuisances; (d) All stagnant water in which mosquitoes,, flies or ether insects can multiply. Please rectify this situation within ten (10) days of the date of this letter. Failure ,to resolve the violation(s) within the specified time will result in further enforcement action by the City of Carmen.This will be your only warning.A copy ,of the appropriate code is enclosed for your review.
