For the following sequencing should be followed as much as possible. 1. Before Construction, mark and protect trees and associated root zones to be preserved, and vegetation suitable for filter strips. 2. Install construction entrance /storage construction area. 3. Install perimeter BMP's. Provide earthmoving instructions that compliment erosion and sediment control plan. 4. Mass earthwork including movement of existing soil stockpile. 5. Start building construction. 6. Finish grade and seed the perimeter of the site and the new swale into the pond. Repair any damage to the pond banks. 7. Install storm and sanitary sewer and utilities. 8. Install inlet protection as storm inlets are functional. 9. Complete parking lots, roadways and curbs. 10. Temporary seed all disturbed areas. 11. Complete building. 12. Final grade and landscaping. 13. Complete final seeding and install erosion control blanket. 14. Maintain all erosion and sediment control practices until all disturbed areas are permenently stabilized. POST CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES 1. Inspect and maintain all erosion control measures as detailed in the erosion control measures and maintenance requirements beginning immediately after installation. 2. Remove silt fencing, individual inlet protection and straw bale dams only after seeding is established in each basin to the point where silt will not enter the ponds or storm sewer system.
