survey plat, and that to the best of my knowledge and belief there has been no change from the matters of the
survey revealed by the cross reference survey on any lines that are common with the new subdivision.

subdivision in City of Carmel. All streets shown and not heretofore dedicated,
are hereby dedicated to the public.
This plat is subject to the declaration of covenants, conditions and restrictions of Cherry Creek Estates
recorded as instrument no. 200300086080 and any amendments thereof.
