REVISIONS AND DATES
SURVEYOR'S REPORT
The purpose of this project was to provide an overall boundary
survey of property now owned by the Crooked Stick Golf Club.
Research was conducted at the offices of the Hamilton County
Recorder and Mapping and Land Transfers, as well as, on Mid
States Engineering in -house files. The description for this site
was taken from a survey prepared by Mid-States Engineering under
job number 121 -2593 with an additional parcel at the South side
of the site (near the Hovde property) and two exception parcels
(the Irsay and Leeper tracts) taken out of said description. No
title work was received for review concerning easements or
restrictions encumbering this site. however. Hamilton Title
Security did provide information relative to lend transfers
effecting this property. The bearing basis for this project was
taken from said prior project with section line bearings held.
Field work was completed in Jonuory through March, 2002.
In accordance with the requirements of the Indiana Survey
Standards as defined in Title 865, Article 1. Rule 12 of the
Indiana Administrative Code, the following observations and
opinions are submitted with reference to the uncertainties in the
locations of the lines and corners established on this survey:
REFERENCE MONUMENTATION
Reference monumentation recovered for this survey consisted of
the following: 1) a Harrison monument at the Southeast corner of
Section 4, Township 17 North, Range 3 East; 2) a brass plug at
the East quarter corner of said Section 4; 3) a railroad spike
at the Northeast corner of said Section 4; 4) an iron pin at the
Northwest corner of said Section 4; 5) a 2" pipe at the West
quarter corner of said Section 4; 6) a Harrison monument at the
Southwest corner of said Section 4; 7) a Harrison monument at
the South quarter corner of said Section 4; 8) on iron pin at
the North quarter corner of said Section 4 end; 9) numerous
concrete markers and iron pins found along the perimeters of the
subdivisions encompassing the golf course. as delineated hereon.
D i screpanc i-es up to 1.22 feet North -South and 0.95 feet East -West
were found as noted in the recovered monumentation. The
calculated center of Section 4 misses the position calculated
from the plot dimensions by 2.12 feet. North to South and 2.18
feet, East to West. The field location of the .Northwest corner
of Section 4 lies 0.34 North and 0. 1 5 feet West of the corner as
calculated from the platted dimensions. Uncertainty due to
monumentation is estimated to be 2.18 feet.
RECORD DESCRIPTIONS
Adjoiner descriptions were also reviewed for agreement with the
site's descriptions. In establishing the boundary for the golf
course, the existing plats and adjoining property descriptions
were basically held. Differences between plat, measured and deed
dimensions and bearings are shown on the attached table and
differ by as much as 0.91 feet. Uncertainty due to adjoiners is
therefore estimated to be less than 1 foot.
POSSESSION /OCCUPATION
Occupation was also reviewed for agreement with the established
boundary lines. Occupation was measured around the entire
perimeter and is noted in table form hereon with the largest
encroachment being 44.7 feet. This is the estimated uncertainty
due to occupation
THEORETICAL UNCERTAINTY
The theoretical uncertainty of the location of the corners of
this tract is within specifications for, o Class D (1.00 feet)
survey as defined in Title 865. Article 1, Chapter 12, Sections 1
through 29 of the Indiana Administrative Code.
FLOOD NOTE
The above described real estate does not lie within Zone A Flood
Hazard Boundary as shown on the Flood Insurance Rote Map,
Community-Panel No. 1800081 0006C and 1800081 0012C, prepared by
the Federal Emergency Management Agency.

Per information supplied by the Surveyor's Office, Hamilton
County, Indiana, no (regulated) drains fall directly on the
surveyed real estate. The Thomas Hussey Drain falls near the
East line of the subject property but does not appear to fall
within the bounds.
