For this reason, the following sequencing should be followed as much as possible. 1. Install construction entrance, silt fence, and tree protection. 2. Install construction fence. 3. Demolish building, trees, and site improvements in vicinity of new building. 4. Strip topsoil, Grading. 5, Construct new building and utilities. 6. Construct paved areas. 7. Install roof drains. 8. Landscaping. 9. Spread topsoil and seeding. POST CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES 1. Inspect and maintain all erosion control measures as detailed in the erosion control measures and maintenance requirements beginning immediately after installation.
