The improvement location'permit (building permit) shall be issued when the proposed structure, improvement or use and its location conform in all respects to this ordinance. 1. ONE completed Improvement Location Permit (Building Permit)' application. 2. TWO,(2) complete sets of,construction plans. In compliance with the State Energy Code, must list R-values on walls, ceilings, etc. If a,commercial construction, plans must be stamped approved__ the Indiana State Department of Fire Prevention & Building Safety. Indicatetotal height of building on plans: 3. ONE copy of sewerpermit. (from City of Carmel Engineering Dept., Hamilton Western Utilities or Clay Regional Sewer District whichever applies), or septic perm¢ •(Hamilton County Health Department). 4. ONE(l) copy of plot plan from subdivision development plan. 5.
