Main Street. Upon arriving, it was. obvious that Mr. Quinn was occupying the second floor. 'There were approximately 10-12 employees of Mr. Quinn's working.at desks through -out the office: There were also seveial construction workers still working in the "permitted" area. Some of -the violation which I foifnd'are as follows: Electrical`. Jct boxes uncovered Pig tails not wirenutted Service panels.not covered Service panels not -labeled Recepticals loose Recepticals wired improperly HVAC, electrical and -other debris in attic: Areas in'fattic with HVAC & disconnects to have lighting Walkways,to HVAC &,disconnects to be 3 feet wide; and continuous. As a.normal courtesy to a builder, I-located,the;electrician and advised him of some of -my findings. I also asked him when he,planned to have this project 100% complete, and he told me, "Hopefully sometime _next week:" Also, I advised Mr. Quinn of the above violations and explained to him that it is a violation to occupy'thisarea before a,ceriificate'of occupancy is issued. �to Date Of Notice: 02/21/92 Quinn, James and Paula 833 Main St. W.
