Part of the East half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 21, Township
18 North, Range 3 East, in Hamilton County, Indiana, more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of the East half of the Southwest
Quarter of Section 21, Township 18 North, Range 3 East; thence North
90 degrees CO minutes East (assumed bearing) on and along the South
line of East half 642.45 feet; thence North 00 degrees 00 minutes
653.25 feet to the place of beginning of this tract; thence North 90

to the point of beginning of the herein described parcel of real estate;
thence continuing on said west line North 00 degrees 15 minutes 38
