Beginning on the Southerly line of Lot Number 156 of Ponds West, Section Five, a subdivision in Hamilton County, Indiana, as per the

A strip of land fifteen feet in width by parallel lines being 7.50 feet on each side of the following described centerline
located in the Northeast Quarter of Section 22, Township 18 North, Range 3 East of the Second Principal Meridian in
Hamilton County, Indiana, being more particularly located and described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of said QL rt�;r Section; thence South 89 degrees 04 minutes 58 seconds West
(Basis of Bearings is Instrument Number 200100075006), on and along the North line of said Quarter Section, a
distance of 1102.37 feet to the Northwest corner of Ponds West, Section II, a subdivision in Hamilton County,
Indiana, the plat of which is recorded as Instrument Number 9351634 in the Office of the Recorder of said County;
thence South 00 degrees 48 minutes 29 seconds East on and along the West line of said subdivision a distance of
795.00 feet; thence on and along the North line of said subdivision South 85 degrees 43 minutes 26 seconds West
406.33 feet to the Southwest corner of land described in a deed to Thomas L. and Marie L. Mitchel, recorded as
