CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
THE CONSTRUCTION MANAGER SHALL BE FURNISHED WITH 20 SETS OF
THIS PROJECT IS DESIGNED AND DOCUMENTED PER THE ARCHITECT'S CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT.
INTERPRETATION OF THE CODE REQUIREMENTS. VARIOUS GOVERNING
AGENCIES SOMETIMES INTERPRET CODES, LAWS, AND ORDINANCES THE FRE PROTECTION SYSTEM IS TOTALLY DESIGNED BY THE SPRINKLER
DIFFERENTLY. THESE AGENCIES HAVE JURISDICTION TO REQUIRE DESIGN BUILD CONTRACTOR. ALL WORK SHALL COMPLY WITH
CHANGES IN DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION. ANY CHANGES OR GOVERNING AGENCY CODES, LAWS, AND ORDINANCES, AS WELL AS WITH
MODIFICATIONS TO THE DESIGN, MAY NECCESSITATE PRICE ADJUSTMENTS. OWNER'S INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS.
ALL OR PART OF THESE DOCUMENTS WERE GENERATED BY ELECTRONIC ALL O'ENINGS TO THE EXTERIOR THROUGH ROOFS AND WALLS FOR
MEANS. THE ARCHITECT IS RELYING ON THE ACCURACY OF THE ACCESSORIES SUCH AS LOUVERS, VENTS, SKYLIGHTS, SMOKE HATCHES,
SOFTWARE EMPLOYED. THE ARCHITECT'S LIABILITY IS THEREFORE ROOF HATCHES, EXHAUST FANS AND THE LIKE, SHALL BE SUPPORTED
LIMITED TO THE EXTENT CUSTOMARY IN THE INDUSTRY. BY FRAMING ON ALL SIDES. THE ACCESSORY SHALL BE THERMALLY
BROKEN FROM THE FRAMING.
ALL DIMENSIONS ARE FROM FACE OF STUD TO FACE OF STUD OR
FROM FACE OF STUD TO FACE OF MASONRY OR FROM FACE OF DO NOT SCALE DRAWINGS. CONTACT ARCHITECT FOR SPECIFIC DIMENSIONS

CONTACT RESPECTIVE UTILITY COMPANIES FOR EXACT LOCATION OF PRE- ENGfNEERED METAL BUILDING TO THE ARCHITECT FOR REVIEW
UNDERGROUND SERVICES PRIOR TO START OF CONSTRUCTION. TAKE PRIOR TO ANY CONSTRUCTION.
